No, I haven't forgotten about this site. I actually have quite a few pics I want to get up but currently lack the time to get them posted. Pride can be an ugly thing, but I'm proud of something and thought I would mention it. Along with a couple recent state journalism awards, I also managed to nab a second place for one of my sports photos. It's the one of the guy holding his helmet and mourning a state loss at third base. Anyway, I thought it was neat and figured I'd share.
Never really noticed this until now but the vast majority of my recent work is in the field of sports. I borrowed a light table and have about five years worth of negs to go through before I can scan those in and get them ready for display, so don't hold your breath, but I can personally guarantee about two sets of photos from that period of time feature a sport of any kind. They are mostly the moody, experimental college years where we were trying out new things every week, but I feel some of my best work came from those years. I've got a bit more left from my current portfolio, but then there will be a break until I get going on the old stuff. I hope you've enjoyed my work so far.

PS I agree with you about Stephen King. Do you find people just decide they can't like him because he's popular too?

And yeah, I find that to be the case. I'm fine with people reading someone's work and not liking it, but to dislike a guy simply because it's the cool thing to do is rediculous.
